Proven Training Techniques Increase Participation.

Motivation of your staff, before and after the effective launch date, is paramount to the success of our program. That’s why, in addition to those employees directly involved with our program, the SISK Company conducts on-site, web based or video training for your entire staff. Training incorporates product knowledge, customer fulfillment knowledge and effective sales training. Since the 1970s, our research and experience have shown that bank employees will actively promote enhanced checking services if:

  • They’re knowledgeable about the unique service
  • They’re offered incentives
  • Management motivation and control functions remain consistent.

Employee Incentives.

Since markets vary, our employee incentive recommendations are tailored for each institution at minimal or no cost, depending on the scope of training required. SISK’s two-prong approach concentrates on (1) Intrinsic Motivation designed to boost employee morale and professional profile through managerial recognition and (2) Extrinsic Motivation - earned compensation via bonuses, gift cards or other financial incentives. Periodic training follow-up is necessary to help offset complacency and diminished return - and is beneficial in creating new ways to keep the program fun and engaging for your employees.
